Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the ikontoto Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ikontoto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we endeavour to maintain continuous service availability, ikontoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
ikontoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Players may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified Player Funds (net of applicable Bonus Funds that do not meet withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML requirements.
Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, ikontoto reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation, and to permanently bar the individual from re-registering on the Platform.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and ikontoto arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or transaction, the following process shall apply:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ikontoto holds its international gaming licence. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, save where applicable consumer protection laws in the Player's home jurisdiction provide otherwise.
ikontoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
